A premium 5-day Barcelona immersion for ambitious adult players. Expert coaching. Smarter movement. A plan that outlasts the week.
Most coaching tells you what to fix. This week tells you why — and what to do about it.
"Most players practise. Few understand what they're actually practising for."
Not a tennis holiday. Not a bootcamp. A structured five-day immersion — with expert coaching, smarter movement, and a personal plan you can actually use when you get home.
Most programmes stop at the technical. We also cover the athletic layer — mobility, physical readiness, and recovery — because that's what holds most players back from improving, not just their strokes.
A short, high-value immersion designed to create meaningful, lasting progress.
Focused sessions that leave room for work, rest, or exploring the city.
A setting where participants learn not only from coaches, but from each other.
Every player leaves with an individual improvement plan built from the week's work.
Barcelona is our home base and the location for all 2026 cohorts. Future locations will be announced to the community first — if you want to bring the immersion to your city or club, see the Partners section.

We identify what is actually holding your game back — and go deep on that. Your main technical and tactical priorities, clearly mapped from day one.
Every session combines technical coaching, athletic preparation, and recovery — treated as one system. Build a clearer game model that holds up when it counts.
You leave with a personal 8–12 week improvement plan and the tools to keep progressing. The week is the beginning, not the end.
Level matters less than attitude. If you play regularly and want to understand your game rather than just hit more balls — this is for you.
Plays regularly, competes occasionally. Wants sharper technique and more confidence in matches.
Wants structured, high-quality coaching that actually moves their game forward.
Has the sporting background. Wants to reconnect with their best game through purposeful training.
The setting is premium. The improvement is real.
If you've ever finished a coaching session thinking "I'm not sure that actually moved my game forward" — this week is designed to be the opposite of that.
Each 4.5-hour session follows a clear rhythm. The structure never wavers — the focus shifts daily, taking you from awareness to full integration.
Assessment and clarity. We watch before we correct.
Clean technique and repeatability under pressure.
Contact, rhythm, and decision timing.
Stability under pressure — maintaining quality when it counts.
Match play, filmed if you want it, and your personal post-immersion plan.
Full session structure is shared with all confirmed participants before arrival — so you know exactly what to expect and can prepare properly.
Anthony covers tennis. Andreas covers the athletic layer. Together they cover everything most coaching leaves out.
I coach tennis for players who want meaningful, lasting progress — cleaner technique, sharper decisions, a game that holds up when it matters. My approach is built on clear fundamentals and tactical simplicity, shaped by international competition experience from Davis Cup to Challenger level. Every player I work with leaves with a clearer picture of their game and a more direct route to improving it.
I work with adults who want to perform consistently — not just train hard. My background is strength and conditioning, but my real interest is in the connection between how the body moves, how it recovers, and how that translates directly to what happens on court. I've spent years teaching coaches and writing about performance, which means I can explain the body clearly to anyone and turn that into a practical plan for your game.
"Most players we work with have had plenty of coaching. What they haven't had is someone connecting the technical, physical, and tactical picture into one clear plan. That's what this week does."
Driven professionals, returning athletes, ambitious club players. The common thread is purpose — and a preference for understanding over guessing.
Secure your place with a £300 deposit — balance due 7 days before you arrive. Both formats include both coaches, the full 5-day programme, and a personal action plan.
Five days of structured coaching on Barcelona clay. Both coaches present throughout. Built around your game from day one.
A fully private immersion with both coaches working entirely around one player. Bookable year-round with flexible scheduling.
Coaching takes place across five focused training days. Arrival and departure days are flexible depending on your travel plans — dates listed show the full programme window.
This is the first official Hernandez Tennis Method Barcelona Immersion. Founder players get direct coach access, a personal follow-up call four weeks later, and the benefit of a programme built entirely around a small group.
Small group. Both coaches present. Every session built around what you actually need — not a generic programme.
Expert eyes on your game, movement, and recovery — every day. Honest, precise, and genuinely useful.
Complimentary individual call with both coaches, four weeks after the immersion — to review your progress and sharpen your next steps.
We keep the group small so we can keep the quality high — and tailor the work to the needs of each player. First cohort fills quickly.
The aim is not to overwhelm you with drills. It's to give you clarity on what matters most for your game right now — and exactly what to do about it.
A clearer understanding of your game — what is actually holding you back, not just what feels wrong on the day.
Your main improvement areas identified — not a list of everything, but what matters most for your game right now.
Specific points to work on — stability, positioning, physical readiness. The athletic layer that most coaching misses.
A set of practical tools for staying physically ready — not just during the week, but in how you train going forward.
Filmed match play with debriefs — so you leave knowing exactly how your game shows up when it counts.
A written plan built from the week's work — what to train, how to train it, and what to stop guessing about.
We're designed for intermediate to advanced club players — people who play regularly and want to improve with real intent. You don't need a ranking or a competition record. The common thread is attitude: you show up wanting to understand your game, not just hit balls.
Complete beginners are not the right fit — this is a development programme, not a learn-to-play course.
Five full training days — 4.5 hours per day on clay. Both coaches present throughout the week. Individual technical and movement assessment. Video analysis. Daily coached match play. Pre-arrival questionnaire that goes directly to Anthony and Andreas before you arrive. Personal post-immersion plan on your final day.
What's not included: flights and accommodation. These are arranged by you, which keeps the programme simple and lets you choose your own Barcelona base.
Sessions take place on clay courts in Barcelona. Exact venue details are confirmed with your booking — we send full location, transport options, and everything you need as part of your pre-arrival sequence.
If you're planning travel and want to know the area before booking, drop us a message — we're happy to share the details directly.
Yes — most participants book individually. The max-6 format means you'll train alongside a small group of committed players at a similar level. Most people find the group dynamic one of the highlights of the week — there's a shared purpose that changes how the training lands.
If you want a fully private experience with both coaches, the 2:1 Premium option is designed for that.
Please tell us before booking. Minor injuries can often be worked around — we build sessions around individuals, so we can adapt where the day's structure allows. More significant injuries may mean the timing isn't right, and we'd rather tell you that honestly.
Email hello@hernandeztennis.com with the details and we'll give you a straight answer.
You need your racquets, court shoes suitable for clay, and appropriate kit for warm Barcelona weather in September through December. We'll send a full kit list and practical checklist as part of your pre-arrival sequence.
We provide balls and all session equipment. You don't need to bring anything extra for the physical conditioning sessions — Andreas will work with what you have.
On the final day you receive your personal post-immersion plan — built from the week's observations by both coaches. It covers your technical priorities, movement work, and an 8–12 week training structure you can follow at home.
September Founder Cohort players also receive a complimentary 30-minute follow-up call with both Anthony and Andreas four weeks after the immersion — to review progress and sharpen the next phase. The week is the beginning, not the end.
Confirmation email arrives immediately. Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome message with all practical details for the week — venue, accommodation suggestions, what to expect. Within a week, you'll receive the pre-arrival questionnaire that goes directly to the coaches, so they can start building your week before you arrive. Balance is due 7 days before the start date.
Yes — for 2026, all cohorts take place in Barcelona. It's our founding location and where the programme was built to be delivered. We're not rushing to expand that.
Future locations will be announced to the community first. If you're interested in bringing the immersion to your club, city, or resort, see the Partners section — that's exactly what it's for.
The £300 deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances. If you cancel 28 or more days before the start date, your balance is refunded in full. Between 14–28 days, 50% of the balance is forfeited. Under 14 days, no refund applies. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers sports activities and trip cancellation — especially if you're travelling from outside Spain.
Join the waitlist for October, November, or December — it takes under a minute and carries no commitment. Waitlist members hear first when cohorts open, and occasionally get access before public announcement.
If your schedule is genuinely flexible, the 2:1 Premium format can be booked around your dates year-round.
